Lengi býr að fyrstu gerð is about designing school menus with nutritious food, cooked from scratch, intended to introduce children to different ingredients and reduce food waste. The team consists of Kristín Petrín Pétursdóttir and Fannýja Kristín H. Maríudóttir.
